A start of brand new week.. Same old things and same old …. Whats New?
If you ask me to think more positive… Ya is one week nearer to my ORD date… My replacement most likely coming this wednesday… Hope my replacement character not like some of the people in my department…
Actually din do a lot of thing today cause my computer is down, send to Technology Department to reformat it.. So No Computer= Can’t Do Work
Went back to GYM today after one month plus with Zi Liang, Ray and Boon Ping… below is the workout i done for today..
Incline DB Bench Press, 1 set of 15 reps(10.0Kg Per Arm)(warm up), 2 sets of 10 reps(17.5kg Per Arm) and 1 set of 10 reps(20.0kg Per Arm).
Flat Bench Press, 4 sets of 10 reps(15 .0kg Each Side)
Decline DB Bench Press, 2 Sets of 10 reps(12.0kg Per Arm)
Din really complete the sets of workout i wanna do for today.. maybe is because i too long never go to gym after i strain my back but never mind i will work harder and do my best to reach my goals before i ORD… will force myself to do more cardio and watch my diet too =)
Got the S$260 vouchers given by SCDF.. don’t know for what event.. but who cares.. wahaha.. the voucher can be use at cold storage, giant, shop n save, guardian and 7 11.. so good la=)
